Winter: During the ski season, both units are typically available for a full week beginning on Saturday, particularly after Sundance (late January). However, before Sundance, and in April, we usually have a little more flexibility, but prefer a minimum stay of 5-nights with a Friday or Saturday arrival or departure. During the Holiday weeks, a full week is usually required.

Off-Season: During the non-ski season we normally have a minimum stay of 3 nights and we are flexible on arrival dates. Please note, we may have our 2BR and/or 3BR unit booked for a month or two beginning in July or the beginning of August. Therefore, our short term availability for both units during the off-season is best from late April to early July and September to mid November.

To find out the bookings of just one unit, please view the specific availability of either the 2-bedroom townhouse Unit 253 (PCTownHome.com) or the 3-bedroom townhouse Unit 254 (ParkCityTownHome.com). Since bookings can change frequently, especially in the winter, please contact us even though it may seen as though one or both units may seem booked.
