Location:
The townhomes are located about 30-miles east of Salt Lake City in Park City, Utah. They are situated directly on the golf / ski course(s) in Park Avenue Condominiums. The units have a superb location one block from Holliday Village Mall, three blocks before the Park City ski area and several blocks from downtown. The main entrance to the complex is just past Kearns Boulevard on the west side of Park Avenue across from Albertson's supermarket. Please see the aerial view and Maps.

Driving Directions from SLC Airport:
1. Exit the Salt Lake City Airport and get on Interstate 80 (I-80) East for 4-miles.
2. Merge with I-15 South/I-80 East southbound for 2.5 miles.
3. Continue on I-80 East for 21 miles.
4. Get off the I-80 freeway at the Kimball Junction / Park City Exit #145.
5. Go south on Highway 224, which becomes Park Avenue, for about 6 miles.
6. After passing Kearns Blvd (Hwy. 248), take the first right turn into Park Avenue Condominiums, directly across from Albertson's supermarket.

To find the townhomes after entering the condominium complex, make a right turn onto Captain Molly Drive. Go to the second building on the left facing the golf/ski course. The third unit in the building is # 254 and the second unit is #253. Voila. To enter the unit, you will need the access code for the lock box on either the front door or inside the storage door off the carport.

Check-In/Out Times & Key Return:
The normal check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 10am. However, a late departure or early arrival time can sometimes be obtained by making arrangements in advance. If you arrive before the unit is ready or need to vacate the unit before you depart Park City, on-site amenities are available for your use, including lockers and showers. Before leaving, please return the keys to the lock box and be sure to return the extra keys inside the unit, or a penalty may be applicable.

Late Arrivals:
The lock box near the entry door assures you of access even during a late arrival. The key code to unlock this box will be supplied to you in our rental confirmations by e-mail. However, should you misplace this code or have access difficulties, especially before 7pm local Utah time, you can either call us at 1-888-2PC-Utah or contact our housekeeper, whose name and number will also be provided in an e-mail in advance of your stay. If you may need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know a few days in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
